TIS (Tertiary Information Services) Event

Notre Dame College Year 12 VCE students will be attending a TIS (Tertiary Information Services) Event on Friday 10 May 2024 at the McIntosh Centre at the Shepparton Show Grounds.

Notre Dame’s allocated session time is 12:45pm to 2:00pm.

There will be representatives from 16 higher education institutions in attendance. Students will have the opportunity to talk one-on-one with representatives form each institution to discuss courses, post university pathways, university life, accommodation, scholarships etc.

The representatives from each institution will have a wealth of knowledge and will be happy to answer any questions students may have.

· Students will meet out the front of the Careers Hub at 12:25 PM to walk to the event.

· Students are to bring lunch or a snack to eat on the way as we will be attending during lunch time.

· Students will return to Knight Street Campus Lesson 6.

Our new booking system will send a confirmation email and appointment reminders, as well as let you book further appointments if required post your initial Careers session.

· Employability skills and experience

· Volunteering opportunities

· Subject Selections (students can attend before/after school or during break times to make subject selection changes)

We recommend that all students from Years 10 – 12 engage with our Careers Hub at least once per year to maximise their career opportunities post school.
